Banged up arrival :(

All parts of this item were bubble wrapped EXCEPT for the table top. The box was falling off of the table parts when it arrived on my door step. As a result, the table top arrived in poor shape, all banged up, the corners smashed in and wood chipped off. The box had "Thailand" on it so likely it was sent all the way from Thailand and was banged up QUITE a bit. It is a shame because if the table top had been bubble wrapped then it probably would have looked fine. I would NOT recommend ordering from ACME. No one returned my inquiries as to how to make this right. Very disappointed. Big waste of money.

worst quality ever..

First, it arrived in a delapitated box which had tears allowing the table corners to be scratched. After opening it was obvious the box was poorly packed with too little cushioning.Second, the hex bolts and included tools are of such poor quality that BOTH strip to being useless less than halfway through the build. I had to use my own tools for most of it and thankfully they are much better quality.And finally (worst part), the seat pads are the horrendously poorly made. The plastic shrink wrap type seal is actually stapled underneath the cloth that should be the outer layer of the seat bottom. This means that you have to essentially take an exacto-knife to remove it and you still won't get it all since pieces will still be stapled to the bottom underneath the cloth. This also guarantees that any effort to remove the clear plastic will result in slicing into the pad. And the WORST part of the worst seat-bottoms of the worst table set I've ever purchased- The way you are supposed to attach the pads to the frames is by SCREWING screws through the frame and into the seat bottoms, which seem to be made of cardboard. I don't know if anyone has tried to put metal screws into cardboard but if you haven't, guess what, it just shreds. That means none of the pads are secure and most have shredded holes in the bottom.

This is a rip off

They're selling a damaged product even though the listing said NEW. The edges of the table was banged up and it wasnt because of the packaging. It's a nice table but it's not new, it's damaged.
